Two large kitchens plus a dining hall indoors and grand patio connect the homes & make for perfect dining, meeting & entertaining spaces. The Estate is your own private resort boasting a 50 ft pool, pond w/ waterfall, tennis, pickleball, putting green, hot tub, & much more!
Completely enclosed by a stone wall around the entire 27 acres, guests have exclusive use of the Estate. The main house boasts extensive porches, patios and a sunroom with large hot tub on the patio. Inside, the main floor layout features a kitchen, great room, dining room, parlor and 1/2 bath. The second & third floor comprise of 12 stunning bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the estate. Additionally, there is a guest laundry in the basement. The grand patio is perfect for large gatherings outside and connects the Main House to the Carriage house. The first floor of this cottage is home to a beautiful sunroom large entertaining kitchen, dining/conference space for 36, a half bath. and laundry facility. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property grounds make Green Gables truly special. Our spacious lawn with the grand swimming pool (open May-Sept), tennis / pickleball courts, golf tee boxes & putting green, firepit, disc golf, playground & playhouse and a host of other outdoor games and activities are only the beginning. Trails through the lovely woods brings you to our stream, pond and waterfall where arched bridges, a boathouse, and kayaks add to the fun. Back inside the Carriage Barn, a game room complete with billiards, ping pong, foosball, video games, basketball shoot and darts await! The barn also hosts our gym, theater, and yoga/multipurpose space.
Guests have exclusive and full access to the property and all the amenities except for the Owners area.
Green Gables requires the booking guest to be at least 25 years old and be onsite and have at least one positive review. An additional booking agreement is required.
Cars are recommended. Grocery, Pharmacy, restaurants, post office, gas and most services are all within 1 mile of the property.
Near Spectacular Buck Hill Falls, Skytop resort, Mt. Airy casino & golf resort, multiple ski resorts, Pocono Outlet shopping, and the lovely villages of Barrett township. The Estate sits central to the best of all that the Poconos entails.

this place was wonderful for our family and friends. Everyone had a fun time and got their own space. The outside was beautiful with the morning mist, though it was rainy it didn’t ruin our fun. Loved this place
We had such an amazing stay at Green Gables! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and came with lots of fun stuff to do. The hosts were exceptionally thoughtful and responsive. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
WOW!!!! ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!! We can't say enough great things about Green Gables... it truly is a Gem and the photos simply do Not do it justice. We hosted our annual company retreat and had our employees (and their families...kids & dogs) stay for 2 nights. Devin and his professional team of hosts were ON-POINT in every aspect. The have outfitted their property / home with literally everything you can think of! Considering how large the home is, as well as how big the overall property is and also how many amenities it has, we did NOT have to reach out to them NOT 1 TIME to assist with anything, which is VERY impressive in my book! The house itself, while very old, was immaculate and super clean! Everything was provided and we did not need to bring anything! We are already planning booking this house again for our annual retreat.... you can't go Wrong... Thanks Devin & Team... You guys were Fantastic!

Absolutely beautiful house and so much to do for families inside the property. Truly had an amazing experience and Devin was a great host. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this splendid property.
WOW. This is a DREAM of a stay for groups. The house and property are gorgeous and look just like the photos. There are activities galore- something for everyone and way too much for us to get to in our 2 night stay. The property is huge and gorgeous and very well maintained. My dog had probably the best day of her whole life running around and I didn’t worry about her because there’s a wall around the property. We saw lots of deer and woodland creatures. The house is charming with lots of character. Feels kind of classic and vintage but with all the modern touches you need to feel comfortable. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels. Everything is labeled and organized and well-stocked. The owners were around a little bit and were very friendly and helpful to everyone in my group. I was with a group of adults but kids would go nuts for this place, if you’re looking for a place for a family gathering. Really just magical stay and I only wish we could have stayed longer

We had an amazing stay at a Green Gables for our family reunion. The house was beautifully decorated, extensive amenities and had all the comforts of home. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The pool and hot tub on the deck were a highlight, and the location was perfect for outdoor activities. It was a peaceful, rejuvenating reunion. Highly recommended!
