Two large kitchens plus a dining hall indoors and grand patio connect the homes & make for perfect dining, meeting & entertaining spaces. The Estate is your own private resort boasting a 50 ft pool, pond w/ waterfall, tennis, pickleball, putting green, hot tub, & much more!
Completely enclosed by a stone wall around the entire 27 acres, guests have exclusive use of the Estate. The main house boasts extensive porches, patios and a sunroom with large hot tub on the patio. Inside, the main floor layout features a kitchen, great room, dining room, parlor and 1/2 bath. The second & third floor comprise of 12 stunning bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the estate. Additionally, there is a guest laundry in the basement. The grand patio is perfect for large gatherings outside and connects the Main House to the Carriage house. The first floor of this cottage is home to a beautiful sunroom large entertaining kitchen, dining/conference space for 36, a half bath. and laundry facility. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property grounds make Green Gables truly special. Our spacious lawn with the grand swimming pool (open May-Sept), tennis / pickleball courts, golf tee boxes & putting green, firepit, disc golf, playground & playhouse and a host of other outdoor games and activities are only the beginning. Trails through the lovely woods brings you to our stream, pond and waterfall where arched bridges, a boathouse, and kayaks add to the fun. Back inside the Carriage Barn, a game room complete with billiards, ping pong, foosball, video games, basketball shoot and darts await! The barn also hosts our gym, theater, and yoga/multipurpose space.
Guests have exclusive and full access to the property and all the amenities except for the Owners area.
Green Gables requires the booking guest to be at least 25 years old and be onsite and have at least one positive review. An additional booking agreement is required.
Cars are recommended. Grocery, Pharmacy, restaurants, post office, gas and most services are all within 1 mile of the property.
Near Spectacular Buck Hill Falls, Skytop resort, Mt. Airy casino & golf resort, multiple ski resorts, Pocono Outlet shopping, and the lovely villages of Barrett township. The Estate sits central to the best of all that the Poconos entails.

We rented this house for a leadership retreat; everything from booking the home to leaving the home was such an easy process. The hosts communicated from the very beginning until the end of our stay. The home is a very old home so if you love older homes this would be a great place for you to visit. The home is very well maintained and it looks like they did a great job keeping the charm of the house while working to make modifications. Our team loved the garage with the game room, theater, gym and conference area. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Overall, our stay was excellent and if we are in the area again; it would be a top option for booking for our group size.
“Best Airbnb I have ever stayed at and it’s not even close.” These are the words of all of our guests from our trip. Just absolutely astonishing property. The house is magnificent, unique, comfortable, clean, HUGE, and has great character. The amenities on site are incredible, you can keep yourself busy in the game room barn, tennis courts, volleyball, pool, golf, you can even take a hike around the property it’s so big! But what really separates this property from other airbnbs I have stayed at are the hosts. I have never experienced such incredible service and attentiveness and care at any hotel, airbnb, or lodging. The property and amenities speak for itself, but the hidden gem here are how accommodating the hosts are. Highly communicative, quick to respond, got everything done we asked for and more! We are already coming up with excuses to figure out ways to plan another trip here! Just a magnificent 11 out of 10 experience. Truly unique and perfect. Thank you Devin and Lindy!!
Great property great host had the best and most perfect time
We visited with a group of men for a fall weekend. We had a great time playing tennis, sitting around the fire, cooking dinner and playing pool together. It was super comfortable in the bedrooms and the property was beautiful. It wasn't swimming weather, but the pool looked amazing. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return.

This house was wonderful through and through. It had so many amenities for the entire family to enjoy, and was never a dull time. Very beautiful grounds and little surprises at every turn. Two words, "garden gnomes!"
