Completely enclosed by a stone wall around the entire 27 acres, guests have exclusive use of the Estate. The main house boasts extensive porches, patios and a sunroom with large hot tub on the patio. Inside, the main floor layout features a kitchen, great room, dining room, parlor and 1/2 bath. The second & third floor comprise of 12 stunning bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking the estate. Additionally, there is a guest laundry in the basement. The grand patio is perfect for large gatherings outside and connects the Main House to the Carriage house. The first floor of this cottage is home to a beautiful sunroom large entertaining kitchen, dining/conference space for 36, a half bath. and laundry facility. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property grounds make Green Gables truly special. Our spacious lawn with the grand swimming pool (open May-Sept), tennis / pickleball courts, golf tee boxes & putting green, firepit, disc golf, playground & playhouse and a host of other outdoor games and activities are only the beginning. Trails through the lovely woods brings you to our stream, pond and waterfall where arched bridges, a boathouse, and kayaks add to the fun. Back inside the Carriage Barn, a game room complete with billiards, ping pong, foosball, video games, basketball shoot and darts await! The barn also hosts our gym, theater, and yoga/multipurpose space.
Guests have exclusive and full access to the property and all the amenities except for the Owners area.
Green Gables requires the booking guest to be at least 25 years old and be onsite and have at least one positive review. An additional booking agreement is required.
Cars are recommended. Grocery, Pharmacy, restaurants, post office, gas and most services are all within 1 mile of the property.
Near Spectacular Buck Hill Falls, Skytop resort, Mt. Airy casino & golf resort, multiple ski resorts, Pocono Outlet shopping, and the lovely villages of Barrett township. The Estate sits central to the best of all that the Poconos entails.

Our mini family vacation at Green Gables Estate was Amazing! The grounds were pristine, the amenities were wonderful, and Hosts Devin and Lindy were extremely friendly and accomodating, quickly answering any and all questions that we had. By far, this was the most well appointed home I have ever stayed in. It is immaculate and beautifully furnished. They even provided pet amenities! It was so much more than words or pictures can describe. We can't wait to return!
One of the best Airbnb experiences my family and I have ever had!! Tons of activities and amenities to enjoy and would definitely come back here again and again. Our stay at Devin’s place was a dream come true! We had a wonderful family time, celebrated my brother’s 70th birthday and a perfect Mother’s Day as well! There was so much to do for all ages and the game room was a hit on a rainy day! Our host Devin was phenomenal and kind! He made sure that our stay was pleasant. This place was beautiful. It has everything. The place is nice and clean. great for large groups. Devin is a great host, responsive and goes above and beyond in order to make you feel most welcome.
The Green Gables, was like a time capsule. We held our 1st staff retreat here. We searched other properties but this was historic. Every room every piece of furniture, the beautiful artwork, the property was beyond our expectations. Private, amazing rest. Devin and Lindy greeted us as the full party arrived. A+ is not even the rating we can give to them so A+++ They made our time there MAGICAL! There was so much to do there from the trails, the hot tub, the movie room even set up the room for our business meeting. The house was equipped with EVERYTHING and more even deer and black squirrels as we sat at the fire pit. This property and the hosts property managers get a round of applause all around. We can’t wait to book again!
